Jeff Luttrell, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, SR Director for Global Talent Acquisition and Staffing at Alorica, SHRM SE Region MAC Rep, TA Thought Leader, Diversity and Inclusion Leader will be our speaker for February’s Workshop/Luncheon. The program will explore the new faces of diversity in the US. Jeff will discuss why diversity and inclusion are important in 2019 and beyond. He will further explain the new groups that contribute to a diverse workforce and who cannot be forgotten to be successful. Jeff will discuss strategy for attracting a diverse workforce and strategy to keep them. Some of the groups he will explore are aging workforce, ex-offenders, veteran and military, LGBTQ, and other populations.
